Regarding photographs and videos of my child taken at any St. Anne’s Episcopal Church events, I give permission to do the following for nonprofit use and without charge: use at the discretion of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, display at a service or event or be used in a multimedia presentation, reprint and distribute for any St. Anne’s non-profit publication to accompany when used (for example, in the enews, brochures, emails, etc.), to include quotes, display photographs or videos clips on the St. Anne’s Episcopal Church website, on St. Anne’s social media pages. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the church, its trustees, rector, associate rectors, vestry, members, and designees from any claims arising out of the use of my child’s photographs and videos.

Payment

The cost is $50 per child.

Please pay by credit card below or mail a check made payable to "St. Anne's Episcopal Church" with "VBS" in the memo to: St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Attn: VBS, 1700 Wainwright Drive, Reston, VA 20190. If paying online via St. Anne's website, please note as "VBS". Payment should be made at the time of registration, and registration is not complete until payment is received. Registration will end Friday, June 1.
